BS476-6/BS476-6:1989+A1:2009测试方法

BS476-6测试通过火焰传播指数大小，评估墙壁和天花板等产品防火性能。用热电偶连续记录烟囱中的温度与室温的差值，并将所得结果（温差与时间的关系曲线）与标定曲线比较，标定曲线是以规定密度的石棉-水泥板以同样的方式测定。

BS476-6测试分别计算3个时间段[(0-3)min，(4-10)min，(11-20)min]的分火焰传播指数i

总火焰传播指数I为3个分火焰传播指数之和。

BS 476-7:1997 测试方法

BS 476-7: 对建筑材料和结构的着火试验-第7部分：产品火焰表面延伸等级确定的测试方法。BS476-7根据1.5分钟及10分钟样品的火焰传播程 度来划分防火等级。BS476-7将防火等级划分为4个等级，分别为：BS476-7 Class 1；BS476-7 Class 2；BS476-7 Class 3；BS476-7 Class 4。BS476-7 Class 4火灾风险很高，不允许用于建材。

BS 476-7:1997防火测试等级评估

BS476-7防火等级1级要求为：1.5分钟及10分钟的产品火焰表面延伸长度不超过165mm。
BS476-7防火等级2级要求为：1.5分钟产品火焰表面延伸长度不超过215mm且1.5分钟产品火焰表面延伸长度不超过455mm。
BS476-7防火等级3级要求为：1.5分钟产品火焰表面延伸长度不超过265mm且1.5分钟产品火焰表面延伸长度不超过710mm。
